pm&E is managed by Manuel Clar Massanet. Manuel worked as a consultant in Washington, D.C. (USA) for the Environmental Department of The World Bank as well as the NGO World Resources Institute (WRI) and the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in many environmental projects. Manuel also worked as an environmental and project management consultant for the consulting firm URS-Dames & Moore in Madrid (Spain). Manuel has collaborated with clients such as several countries (Indonesia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Brazil, Georgia, etc.), The World Bank, The European Union, AENA (Spanish Airport Authority), Spanish Ministry of Economy, Spanish Ministry of Environment, Balearic Islands Government, REPSOL YPF, CEPSA, BP, ENRON, JP Morgan, GE (General Electric), ALCOA, ING, SITA, etc. Manuel is currently consulting for the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). Manuel has a Bachelor in Environmental Studies and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Environmental Science from “The American University”, Washington, D.C. (USA).
